Performed for Thakarl Holdings Ltd. The project converted the Grand Mercure Broadbeach into a Sofitel branded hotel which covered the full refurbishment of lobby, ball room, meeting rooms, rooms and corridors, restaurants, pool deck and external painting & branding
SOFITEL BRISBANE
Performed for Thakarl Holdings Ltd.
Sofitel Brisbane refurbishment of rooms and corridors included construction of 3 new VIP suites. The refurbishment involved 409 guest rooms across 19 levels with 3 different room designs, allowing for segmentation of room rates. The works were performed in a 'live' operating environment and involved asbestos remediation works. This required significant implementation of work health & safety (WHS) and environmental monitoring.
